Unlimited Company are applying for permission for a mixed-use building up to 5-storeys in height, comprising 32 no. residential units, 2 no. retail units, a community centre, and all ancillary development works located at Richmond, Ballinglanna, Glanmire, Cork. The proposed development will replace a 4-storey building (comprising 32 no. Residential units, 1 no. retail units, and community centre) in the Large-Scale Residential Development previously permitted under Cork City Council Ref. No. 23/42154.
